Three operating systems, one platform

Operating systems built around how real industries work

OraOS gives an operation one place where the work, the numbers and the decisions live. Coffee, business and construction are available to explore today, each built for how that industry actually operates, on one shared platform.

Three Active Operating Systems

One platform. Three systems you can open right now.

Each system is built for one industry, with the workflows, records and reporting that industry actually runs on. Open a demonstration, or ask for a pilot.

Available for pilots

OraOS Coffee

Flagship · exporters, processors, traders, cooperatives

What it runs
Procurement, quality, inventory, processing, contracts, dispatch, export documents and finance in one command center.
Why it matters
Margin leaks where nobody is looking. This puts the whole operation, bean to export, in one place management can see.
Where it is
The most complete system in the family. Ready for pilot deployments with real operating data.

OraOS Business

Growing businesses, family groups, owner managed companies

What it runs
Sales, stock, receivables, payables, cash and reporting, with a financing readiness view and a printable financing room.
Why it matters
Owners spend their week assembling the answer by hand. This keeps the answer standing, and shows what a lender would ask for.
Where it is
A working demonstration on sample data, open to anyone. Early access for businesses that want it on their own numbers.

OraOS Construction

Contractors, EPC firms, infrastructure developers

What it runs
Contract value and cost, procurement and subcontracts, site progress, certificates, programme, cash, risks and project profitability.
Why it matters
Overruns and delay claims are argued in days and money. This carries both, from the bill of quantities up, with no view inventing a total.
Where it is
A working demonstration on sample data, open to anyone. Early access for contractors that want it on live projects.

The demonstrations run on sample data so you can judge the system without sending us anything. Pilots run on your own operation, with your own people, and are arranged by conversation.

How OraOS Works

Industry-specific on top. One operating philosophy underneath.

A coffee exporter and a road contractor do not share a workflow, so OraOS does not pretend they do. What they share is what a system owes them: one source of truth, work that has an owner, records that hold up, and numbers derived from those records rather than typed over them.

Operational Visibility

See what is actually happening across teams, sites and units, without asking three people first.

Workflow Coordination

Every step has an owner, a status and a next action, so work moves without being chased.

Documents and Approvals

Contracts, certificates and sign-offs live in the system, attached to the thing they belong to.

Numbers That Derive

Totals, margins and forecasts are calculated from the underlying records, not maintained by hand.

Field to HQ Alignment

The site, the warehouse and the head office work from the same figures on the same day.

One Shared Platform

Each new system inherits the platform underneath it, which is why the family can widen without thinning.

Ora Intelligence

A system that tells you what it found, and why it matters

A dashboard that only shows numbers leaves the reading to you. OraOS states the finding in words, names the cause it can see in the records, and says what it puts at risk. Nothing is decided for you, and nothing is hidden behind a score with no explanation.

  • Findings written as cause and consequence, not as a colour
  • Readiness and control views that show which checks are clear and which are not
  • Alerts raised while there is still time to act on them
  • Every figure traceable back to the record it came from

Running in the OraOS Business and OraOS Construction demonstrations today. Decision support inside OraOS Coffee is on the roadmap and is labelled as such in the product.

Findings · read from the demo workspaces
One customer is close to 30 percent of invoiced sales
Cause
Two accounts together are 44 percent of sales.
Impact
Lenders read that as concentration risk. It is one of the holds on a readiness score of 68.
RRR-11 is 48 days behind the baseline programme
Cause
Measured progress is 38.7 percent against a planned 48.2 percent.
Impact
Completion moves from 31 Aug 2027 to 18 Oct 2027, with 55 days of extension of time claimed and undetermined.
Ora Tools

Free tools that answer one question properly

Not everyone needs an operating system this week. Ora Tools is a set of practical calculators that run in the browser, free, with no account and nothing to install. Three are live today, and the rest of the catalogue is published so you can see what is coming.

One Ecosystem

Start with a tool. Grow into a system.

The whole of Ora is built as one path rather than a catalogue of unrelated products. You can stop at any point on it, and two of the four steps are not built yet, which is said plainly here and inside the products.

01

Ora Tools

Free calculators that answer one question. No account, nothing installed, nothing collected.

02

Ora Account

One identity across Ora, so your work follows you. You can try the experience in Ora Tools today, but it lives in your browser only. Cloud identity is not live yet.

Ora Tools Pro

Higher limits and deeper tooling for people who use the calculators every week. No price is set and no payment provider exists yet.

OraOS

The full operating system for the organisation. Coffee is ready for pilots. Business and Construction are in early access with open demonstrations.

Roadmap

The verticals we are building toward

These are directions, not products you can open today. They are listed because the platform underneath the three live systems is what makes each of them reachable, and because we would rather show the map than imply it is already built.

Coming soon

OraOS Trade

Contracts, logistics, exposure and trade finance for commodity traders and the institutions that fund them.

Coming soon

OraOS Farms

Inputs, fields, labour, harvest, stock and farm finance for commercial farms and estates.

Coming soon

OraOS Institutions

Members, programmes, funds, governance and reporting for associations, agencies and development programmes.

Exploring

Further verticals

Sectors where execution is the constraint and the records already exist on paper. Tell us yours.

Trust and Architecture

What is running, what is not, and how we say so

The fastest way to lose an operator is to sell them something that is not there yet. So the status of every part of OraOS is stated on the page it appears on, and inside the product itself.

Roles and access

People, permissions and responsibilities are structured so the right teams see the right operations.

Records first

The system holds records an operator would recognise. Reporting is derived from them, which is what makes it defensible.

Documented workflows

How work moves through the organisation is written down in the system, with clear steps and ownership.

Management visibility

Leadership sees operations, approvals and performance without a compilation exercise first.

Shared platform

One foundation under every system, so improvements to the platform reach all of them.

Onboarding that meets people

Built for real teams in emerging markets, including the ones who have never used a system like this.

Stated plainly: OraOS Coffee is available for pilot deployments. OraOS Business and OraOS Construction are early access, with open demonstrations running on sample data. Ora Account and Ora Tools Pro are not built yet. We hold no SOC 2 or ISO certification today, and we will say so until we do. Security, integrations, automation and audit trails continue to expand as the platform matures, and each one is labelled as available or planned wherever it is mentioned.

Every demonstration is open, runs on sample data, and asks for nothing.

We could not send that just now, so treat it as not sent. Please write to hello@oragroup.io, or open a pre-filled email.
